First week sample:

Sunday - off

Monday - 1 minute walking, 1 minute running. Repeat 6 times.


Tuesday - off

Wednesday - o1 minute walking, 1 minute running. Repeat 7 times.

Thursday - off

Friday - 1 minute walking, 2 minutes running. Repeat 6 times.

Saturday - off
