A program designed to help you build back in the habit of strength training with running. This program consists of 4 workouts a week and lasts for 4 weeks. Each class starts out with a quick explanation of the exercises and then leads straight into the workout. Each 5 minute class has 3 exercises that you will repeat 3 times each. One to two classes a week will include the use of dumbbells. If you are tired of skipping out on your strength work this program is for you. With 5 minutes of strength each class you will have no excuse not to get it done.
