This course includes: - 12 week running program - 2 leveled training plans - 1 workout a week after week 2 - 1 long run a week - 5 days a week of running - Mileage plan - Weekly journal prompts - Free Beginner Runner Guide - Free Running 101 Modules Week 7 Level 1 Sample: Monday: Rest Day Tuesday: 2 miles plus 4 - 6 strides Wednesday: 7 - 8 x 1 minute repeats with 1 minute jogging rest + optional strength Thursday: Rest day Friday: 4 miles Saturday: 2 miles or cross training Sunday: 13 miles
