Program Overview: Created by a physical therapy student and former D2 cross country athlete, this 4-week program packs a punch to boost your running performance. With a deep understanding of elite running, the program is designed to minimize injury risk, enhance recovery, and ramp up your speed. Program Details: Duration: 4 weeks Frequency: 2 sessions per week (20-30 minutes each) Optional: Extend to 8 weeks with 1 session per week if needed
